any one ever replace the water pump on a 460 before, looks like a lof of crap to take off inorder to do it but otherwise looks painless. jiMMy

Yeah, did it while I had the engine out. Basically it's just pulling all the accessories and brackets off then the water pump unbolts. Prop your hood open securely and hang your a/c compressor and PS pump from the hood so you don't have to disconnect any fluid lines.

thanks guys, im gonan take it all apart tomorrwo in teh am hopefully it is just a cracked water pump or something. as fast i fill teh rad it come sout in that general area. jiMMy

well its all apart, and of course kragen was all out of teh water pump so i have to wait till tomorrow. but the fuckin gthing will be like a jigsaw puzzel to put back together. jiMMy
