Damage report: 1 BFG. U-joints: Zero.

Don't know if you know or not, but your TJ should have U-joints the same size as a D44. Doesn't suprise me that is didn't break.....

Couldn't break the CTM joints this weekend though, but I sure tried. I think if I had, there's a good chance I wouldn't have done all the damage I did. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Apparently it is now?
Not saying that at all.....but there are others who run much larger tires and much heavier vehicles and don't break all that often on them. Not trying to start anything, just saying that the joints you are running aren't the same old D30 joints that they use to come with. Good job on not breaking..... <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

Randy,
I picked up the 8274 about 6 mos ago after my 9500 was stolen. Its a much beefier winch. I like it and have no cooling issues.
