Add these two for PA:

www.wpa4xtrac.org for Rock Run Recreation Area info

http://www.outbackoffroadadventure.com/ is located north of Pittsburgh

Beaverun Raceway has also held a few events this summer, but they don't have much in the way of rocks.

No cheap houses. Seriously I do feel very fortunate to be able to drive an hour from home and be in the Mojave Desert with tens of thousands of miles of roads to explore. Not knocking you or East coasters but I just cant stand OHV areas, too crowded and wont pay to wheel. I would do it though if no other options existed. Thankfully there are people who are willing to open their land to wheelers.
