Ok , I looked up transfercase and transmission shaking and moving in the search , and didnt find anything , So.... Here goes .. When I go 4-wheeling , and i try to climb a hill, My transmission and transfercase, will all start moving around , and i dont mean just a little .. It even starts to make noises when this happens. I have checked the transmission bolts and transfer case bolts , and they all are nice and tight , I looked at the skid plate mounts , and they are all tight to . So does anyone have any advise ? I dont remember them moving that much before , or was it , Maybe i just dont remember..Heck i dont know... Is this normal ?

Just a thought you said you checked the bolts and they were tight but the mount is not all metal its got some urathane (or something in it) maybe that separated. Take your head and stick it up in there and inspect the mount and the crossmember. Something has to be wrong its not supposed to do it that. If its moving back and forth something is wrong. If you don't see anything wrong put a jack on the tranny and drop the skid you should be able to see everything that way. A new mount will run you a little over $40 no big deal carry a spare.

I'll tell what to do; Put in that "rap music" CD you've got, add a lot of base, crank it up real loud, turn off your rock light & you won't even notice that "ole" jeep moving & shaking...If you do, you will just think it's the music..."Whaaa's Uuuup"!!!
