Anyone have a link to all the torque specs for the entire 4.0? Link or other insight?

Clinton's or Hayes would probably be your best bet. I just finished doing a head gasket and water pump replacement yesturday and the Hayes had alot of torque specs on different fastners of the enigne. Probably your safest bet.
