ok i have a 14bolt with factory disc brakes, double piston calipers. I want to run a smaller caliper on it, does anyone know a cheap way to do this or do i have to get that disc brake conversion kit? The reason im doing this, is because im running manual brakes in my buggy i still want a brake pedal thats pushable

That's not the way to remedy the problem. GM spends millions on engineering, trust them a little. :D

Read Billavista's brake article, there is, I believe, a section on brake pedal ratio.

What you need is more leverage, not a smaller caliper.

Umm, I'm sure he's having trouble with wheel clearance rather than braking power.

Translation, manual=no power booster.
