picked up this 79 for a steal a couple weeks ago...bone stock with headers and a flowmaster. had a set of bald 31son chrome trailer wheels. scored a set of no name 35s and the american racing ugly wheels it has now, swapped to a 76 grill (all free off a donor truck) took it to work today and changed all the fluids, flexed it out on one of the lifts (20.25") then took off the front sway (21.25") and then the rear sway (26") still has some funky multi shock crap on it which is definately limiting the flex. but those will com off soon.

plans a basically 52 in front/56s in back with 40s and some fender trimming. 1 ton running gear etc... and heres a pic

that k5s in nice condition, arre u sure u want to hack it all up? any more pic of the grill swap i dont like the 79 grill and if i had it i would have done the same swap.

the 76 grill bolted right in...the headlight surrounds bolt right up and the lower grille bar has to be changed t the older one but the upper is the same. i'll try n get some more pics later today

yea i want to hack it up. there's a reason i only spent $500 on a truck. so i wont feel bad making it into the wheeler i want. not like im going to try to smash it up r anything...but stuff happens
