I am installing King 2" airshocks on a 104" WB Sami with a link suspension that I am building. The rig is fairly heavy for a Sami, full cage, other tubing, A/T and dual transfers, 8500lb winch and will be run on a variety of trails and also rocks.

I have been reading about valving on this site and others. The seller I bought mine from installed single bleed pistons, changed the valving to 15/20 and added 100cc of oil. Has anyone had experience with a similar setup?

Not familiar with that setup but from experience just put the maximum amount of oil in there and fill with nitrogen until you reach desired ride height.
