I searched and haven't found any complete answers yet. I just purchased an 84 scrambler. It has been sitting for ten years and needs motor work. I have the option to pick up a 5.3 complete with computer for $400. Has anyone put one of these in a jeep along with the 4l60e? Any input on issues that might come up? Has to stay smog legal due to living in cali.....

Look at my signature, in a TJ, but basically the same thing. I am getting ready to post a couple more pictures, as I spent the day doing away with the jeep computer and stock wiring.
