Sweet , our work trucks at Davey Tree have a lame drum setup that is prone to fail . This looks like a much better setup . How much $$$

What does it cost to add this if I've got a stock NP205? IOW - what is the cost of the brake kit & your required driveline?
Also, how well does this hold? If the rear DS goes, does it still hold the vehicle when in 4wd?
Does it work on auto's? I'm interested in putting this in a th350/np203/np205 & running 42's. Will this brake hold on steep hills with the auto?

the flange for the t-case is 119.00 custom made for your e-brake rotor - and the driveline most are 419.00 range- one ton c/v 32 degree's and all the goodies- as far as holding i will get this info soon- Jess

Uh, I wouldn't think it would hold if you lost the driveline. All the e-brake does, as far as I can tell, is keep the driveline from moving, which keeps the rearend from moving. So without the driveline connected to the rear end what do you think would happen? And I don't see how it would function any differently with an auto as the e-brake really has nothing to do with the transmission...

Actually, if you were in 4wd and you had no shaft it's still hold the yoke in place, which should hold the t-case... unless you have a q-trak case that is.

Today i tried it out - it hold quite well- similar to rear emergency brakes - if you put it in gear it stays- if your on a hill and put it in reverse you have to gas it to make it move - so i am happy with the holding power- i'll try it in 4 low tom- Jess

Which way do you have your "cable" attached/mounted for yours??? I am gonna keep my "stock" E-brake cable and see if I can make it work.
