Well, I drove the Zuk down to Charlotte to a Buddy's house, and this morning proceded to remove the entire floor, and most of the Tranny Tunnel... Heres The Plan

Aluminum Floors, Raised 4" from stock...

Surround it in 1" Angle so it bolts in...

Looks like I am going to have to rebuild most of the cabs Body mounts also, may build in a 1" Body Lift while I am at it...

Keep seats in Stock Locations (For now, until some race type seats can materialize)

Remove 4-5" out of the Rocker Panels (This it to remove Rust as well as to gain some extra clearance under the body)

1/2 Cab, Basically cutting the body off right behind the Targa Bar, and forming a rear wall, maybe weld in old tailgate (has a few small rust holes, may not be worthwhile)

Keep Targa Bar? This I will see after the floors are done... Probably going to need to at least until I can get a cage built so I have a place to bolt up my seatbelts...

Any Ideas, or insight might be helpful...

Ill get up pics as soon as I can... I got a buddy with a red star...

Aluminum and steel don't mix. Galvanic reation tends to turn the steel into cheeze. By the time you have added channel, you will have lost any weight gain. Just weld some new stell in, or al least pop rivet it in.

Well, we got it all cut out today, and realized something... We might as well make a Tube Buggy of some sort at this point... The rockers are gone, and the floors are sad... We also removed the rear section behind the Targa Bar, and Have decided to tube the whole deal minus the frame and firewall... Thanks for tip on Aluminum VS Steel... Ill worry about the floors later, I got some bending to do...
