Just bought a 1973 Ford F-250 4x4. Its complete minus front fenders and bed.(390,C-6,205,HD 44,60 in rear).Should I part it out or make into some kind of a off-road buggy type thing.Paid a 100 bucks for it.

You could make some money off of it but, why not make something out of it. If you only paid a $100.00 start choppin! It's always cool to have another rig to play around with off road.

Going to decide what to do with it today. Hey Jon if I decide to part it out are you sure you want a divorced 205? Sure seems like it would be FUN to have something you could beat on and not be out a lot of money.

Yeah buggys are cool but i have seen more than one good idea go bad this way. I had a bronco that just needed a motor but if I kept every rig that just needed something I would have a yard full of crap like a ford with no front clip or bed. Part the eye sore out instead of it costing you more money for all the rock buggy stuff and spend the money on your real wheelin rig. Besides who wants to haul a full size rock buggy around on a trailer and have to maintain it and a wheelin rig assuming you have one.

$400 pair of axles
$200 divorced np205
$100 to 50 for rust free cab maybe
$50 for frame
$20 for brakes etc...
$50 for a pair of doors

What would it cost you to be a driver let alone big tires and so on.

Never had a auto, what to you think,C-6 or N.P.435?Anyone interested in H.D.44 with closed knuckles and drum brakes? Already have HP 44 with discs lined up.
