I tried search but came up empty. It has newer plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, and even claned the throttle body! Somebody said something about a speed sensor? Where is it located and how do I check it? Please help. Its a v-8, auto.

Your coil might be shorting out...........When they get to running temp, if the coil is bad, it will short out on the inside and your rig will shut off............After cooling, it will fire up again.
Is that what it's doing?

Thats what its doing but I have just replaced it 2 months ago. It dies while I drive at high speeds and while I am idling at stop lights. Anymore ideas?

Do your self a Favor And hook it up to a Scan tool or Master tech
pay the Diag time other wise you will spend alot of Money
Untill then your are Playing the guessing Game!
there are 2 speed sensors on that model one in the trans and the Diff
there are certain ohms required between pins and computer input for Proper operation of Speed sensor
But yours does not sound like speed sensor!
