Well I finally got around to running Barret Lake Jeep Trail last weekend.
It's not the most difficult of trails, but its sure a new favourite for me.
I don't know what it is about it that makes it rank the highest, but the lack of crap everywhere, less people and an actual shithouse @ the lake shore help a lot.
Rubicon could learn a lot from this and maybe this is the way forward if we are to keep Rubicon open ?
Anyway, the steering system held up great, but found my next weakest link. Believe it or not, but REs chrome trackbar buckled like a coathanger <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

BTW - for a trail called a "Jeep Trail" there was a lot of nicely built FJ40s ON IT <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
