I am now looking for another name in connection with trail abuse and possibly this Troy Incident we 've been working on.

I think he lives in the Reno area, possibly Antelope Valley area north of town; drives a 42 flattie (kinda green I think).

We need to track him down and he needs to get a hold of me before I take the next steps in pursuing this matter.
