Whose event is this? RCAA? UROC? CalRocs? The RCAA-CalRocs sanctioning body thing?

Any idea at all about the time frame in Jan 2003?

This event is in the hands of Dirty Dan Brown, right now it all him, not any of us. I ve not heard a time or date, January was a suprise to me.
