If you are looking down the case of the trans with the pump and input houseing out of the way. there is a planitary gear set and inside that you will see the output shaft. there will be a little yellow snap ring, after removing that the shaft should come out it mite need to be taped lightly they get stuck sometimes. The ring is hard to see and its only maybe an 1/8 of and inch from the end of the shaft. you can leave it in and take out the entire lower clutch housing as one piece.

wait never mind i dont think you can take it all out together, its hard to remember, so used to just doing it everyday hard to explain how sometimes. but yes there is a snap ring on the inside

i got the yellow one out, but ther is another one? im replacing the shaft with a 4wd shaft thats why i need it out
