I'll be in CA that weekend (in the Bay Area) and wouldn't mind finding someone to ride along with...

I will possibly be up there that weekend with some friends from the bay area. We are camping at Loon (trailhead) both Friday and Saturday nights. If you can make it to Loon you are more than welcome to hang out with us. We will be taking a trip into the little sluice on Saturday morning and hanging out there most of the day.

Suzies on the Rocks is that weekend....We will all be at spider..

I'll be headed in Friday afternoon to Spider with some friends. We will be celibrating a bachelor party that weekend so there will be plenty of people in are group so one more wouldn't hurt.

isn't the jamboree on that weekend also! I'll be going up onwedsnight for SOtR.

I am flying in from the east coast on the 6th (to Santa Clara), leaving town the 16th. I will have a rental CAR that I can get around with, but looking for a seat to ride with someone. Haven't been to the Con before,. I know weekends can be crazy up there (from reading this bbs).

You have a rental and that will get you to the trail head. There is always someone to ride with or to get directions from. You can ride in with us Saturday morning and we will be back out to Loon Saturday afternoon/night. Then you wont have to spend the night if you dont want to.

I have an open seat to get you to Spider but my passenger will be showing up later so I could get you to spider but the rest is up to you. We will be hitting the trail at 12-1pm or so.

I'm going to be part of the bachelor party procession and I think we're bringing strippers in via helicopter from S.L. Tahoe.:flipoff2:
The last time one of our club members got married and we went on a run, I don't think we even set up camp so you might be okay.:D

That's a busy weekend for CalROCS. We are setting up a demo course to play on at Donner Ski Ranch, they are having a motorcycle event up there and we want to get more cross over crowd for our event. It's also Sierra Trek weekend and CalROCS is the Friday night dinner committee, so any CalROCS volunteers who would like to particiapte, give me a call, we'll be able to do a committee run and etc.....

Im gonna let my daughter do some driving on the trail to Spider.
