I spent all night last night helping a buddy who we think lost a lift pump in his 03 Dodge 3500. He just bought this thing with 200K+ miles with a blown tranny. He had it repaired and now the truck did what seems to be typical, dies on the road, throws the P0628 code and will start and run for a couple seconds then shuts down.
He's got another truck so it's not a huge rush but he wants to fix it right. I see the FASS system as well as a few other options plus I've seen that Dodge was relocating the pump to the tank under warranty situations. Has this been a good option for people doing a lot of towing or is it better to just go with an aftermarket fuel system?
