Best snow tires between the sizes of 37" and 39" on a 15x10" rim.

What kind of snow? Light powder or the wet heavy stuff?? Plus how deep is the snow? Some situations you want to dig and others you want to float depending on the conditions.

I haven’t tried the Goodyear MTR, don’t make them in my size, but I’ve had excellent luck with the Super Swamper TrXus Mud Terrain in snow pack, slush, powder, and snow up to 18" deep (havent had my tow rig in deaper snow than that).

Oh and I did learn not to take your deuce and a half in snow with vintage NDT tires, and if you can’t get that thing out, there’s probably no one else in town who can.

I don't have first hand expierance, but IROCKS look like they might do well. Hi void and ballon like, aired down they have a huge contact area.

Don't laugh, but my BFG AT's have outperformed just about all mud tires in their size range and some even larger in the snow up here. We get anything from powder to hardpack throughout the winter, and I'm always seemingly at the head of the pack where sheer size doesn't hold me back.

Try the Firestone Destination MTs... other than a SuperSwamper I am a firm believer that they are the best muds out there

I abesolutely love my Trxus MT and trail ready bead locks in the snow. At 4 psi it is almost scary where a almost stock TJ on 35s will go.

For deep snow, and floating on top conditions it was hard to beat the Gumbo Monster Mudders or Dick Cepek Fun Country's.

That being said, I think there are some alternatives now that are at least as good if not better. Iroks being one.

There are some posts in General about this. I am ready to buy my first set of new tires in awhile this fall and I am considering some IROKS. I live where I get 5-7' of snow so I want to float.

Just my 2 cents.
