Why not just replace the box? Most folks just throw them away when they convert to power steering. If you were local I would give you one.

I'm from Rayne Louisiana and it's hard to find any samurai parts, I'v only found like 3 that I could gets parts from and those are just as wore out as what I have, I'm confident the grease will work but I'm not sure how to take one apart to get the grease in it. and a new one is to expensive for my budget right now.
Thanks
for the reply

You have 38.5 Boggers and a 4.3 and you don't have power steering? That's gotta be fun.
I would look into running a Toyota or Kicker box. You could get it all done for $200 or less if you do it right and look for used parts.

It's not bad for mud, I'm sure rock crawling would be horrible
Thanks for the help, power steering would be nice, It seems that supazuk94 is right on target with the Gypsy dog thing !! Seems as if every time I fix something, something else brakes or leaks,
Thanks again Guys

I will give you a stock one that I have here if it will help you out, just pay for the shipping. I have a commercial account with UPS so it should be around $20 I would think. Let me if you want it.
