turned on the headlights today and the drivers side is bright as usual but the pass side is barely glowing? Checked the conections I could see, and they appear to be fine? Anyone else have this happen...God I hate chasin wires....

Check your grounds........ also check your fuses. If i remember right samis have a fuse for each head light. Im thinking mine did that 5 or 6 years ago.

remember, after analyzing the wiring schematic, I found that suzuki likes to run constant power to the horn and headlights, your switches only switch the ground on or off.

wierd huh?

that would explain a bit...I was cutting out the inner fender to make room for a shock mount and accidentilly cut into two of the wires in the loom that run along it...looked but didnt see the stupid thing...anyway, spliced them back together but kept touching the horn wire (one of them that was cut) on the top of the shock and the horn would go off...I was wondering about that..makes perfect sense now..

I bought an after market horn and found that when I hooked it up it blew my ears off. My steering wheel horn button was going bad so I kept the aftermarket horn and installed my own button. Looks like a "easy button" on my dash, but works well.
