i took in on trade a box with 4 new brackets and 2 what looks like some degree type locks for a ford f-150
lift in it.
my question; is this all it takes to lift a ford f-150 other than springs.
the super lift part # is 1000.
the brackets look like they replace the one's on the frame maybe?
was wondering what they was worth for i am not a ford owner. can you tell.
the guy told me he paid over 600 smackaroo's for it. ouch!

Dude, your description's way too vague. Get us pics.

At a minimum to lift TTB 3" or more you need radius arm drop brackets, pivot drop brackets, coils, shocks and drop pitman arm.

looks to me like you have radius arm drop brackets... Traction Beam Drop Bracket (pivot point) thingys WTF are they called? and a set of worn the fork out camber bushings. Total worth... about Tree-Fity dolla!! You got took my friend...after all it isn't what he PAID for them...it's what YOU can get.

Really...you might be able to find some guy who buy them for a hundred bucks...maybe.

It's not that bad. You got all the bracketry there to lift an '80-96 1/2 ton. The adjustable camber bushings sell for around $70 new. All you'd need to complete this lift would be coils, shocks, drop pitman arm and method-of-choice on the rear.

Sell it on eBay, you'll get a couple hundred for it, BTDT. Just make sure you understand it and can specifically explain what is lacking, you really have to hold peoples' hands on eBay.... plus consider the type of people who are generally looking for TTB lifts... more often than not you'll get pimply-faced kids who wanna impress their high school buddies at the local mall, or just inexperienced 'wheelers who haven't figured out that TTB sucks (not to say that wasn't me a couple years ago).

Also, track down the instructions to help your sale, they might be avail at superlift.com or Superlift will fax them to you, or somebody on this board would have them.
