I need to replace my front turn signal light assemblies on my 83 Scrambler.

The holes which housed the stock signal lights are 3 1/2 inches.

Has anyone used an after market light assembly to replace stock?

I'm putting 2 1/2" amber LEDs in the front of my CJ. The stock hole is a bit too big so I'm going to cut the right size holes in a couple of pieces of sheet metal, then tack weld them to the inside of the grill behind the stock holes. The rubber grommet for the LEDs will cover the stock hole. I've also seen people enlarge the hole and use 4" LEDs, they just looked a bit too big for my taste.
