I have a 96 2500 Cummins that I'm going to put manual locking hubs on, I'm aware of the aftermarket kits, but I was wondering if Balljoint steering knuckles from a Ford D60(92+??) would fit onto the Dodge inner C's? Then I *might* be able to use them w/ Ford rotors, brakes, hubs/lockouts, outer stub axles, etc. I have no experience at all w/ Ford D60's of any era and haven't tried something like this ever, so I have no idea if it would be safe or even fit at all... Thanks for any experience/input.

Did you search at all? It's been covered (beaten to death?) several times...

Ford ball joint D60 outers should fit on a '96.

I have found a lot of posts saying they "should" fit. I'd like to find someone that has done/attempted it, what problems they ran into, and how it affected their track width. Thanks
