I want to trash the rear BPV because im going flatbed and my load is never really going to change much. Has anyone gone with a manual BPV replacement? If so what kind, how did you install etc.

My rig has a manual proportioning adjuster like you can buy from Summit.. It's in-lin just after the master cylinder so it stays out of the grime underneath, and works well..

It was on it when I bought it, but there does seem to be thread adapters on it....
