Seen a post in the GEN4x4 where people are having problems w/ some plasma cut centers from another source. Realize we have both a laser and a plasma. When your reinstalling centers you want a laser cut part not a plasma. The plasma is less expensive to run however we pay for quality and tight tolerance on these for a reason. Yes we machine the taper for your lug nuts also. Thanks Shawn

I've got 20" stazworks that need new centers so eight total. What would that cost with 8 on 6.5 pattern and the holes to bolt them together not sure on the number of holes though. Shipped to 28607. And can a rockwell pattern be cut and run on the same centers if so include price... heard that it can be done.

I think we can build them for you. However I need more specifics. Such as how many bolts to bolt them together and what size bolts. What center line are the bolts on and what is the OD of the center. Also what thickness do you want these built from. Then I can get you an honest quote. Thanks Shawn

what are my design options? how much more for a custom cutout if i have a vector logo?

Design options are located on the first page of this post. As far as having a vector logo that depends on how many hours I have in cleaning it up so I can use it w/ our software. Also realize if it is very intricate we may not be able to cut it as these are 3/8" thick and there are some limitations to what a laser can do, heat build up and what not. Thanks Shawn

What is the outside diameter on these? I am recentering some 5 ton double beadlocks that are an older style. If possible could I get a custom cut for a similar price? I need a 14.375 diameter ( I'll double check the measure for sure) the style would be the top #1 style. Thanks

Quick question, i know my fathers looking for some of these for his buggy. I have read somewhere on Pirate before that to get hummer recenters mounted in correctly, some recenters will come with spacers that you use to bolt the new center to the old center. Then you tack the new center in place and cut out the old center.
Do these come with any such thing?

No they do not. However w/ a set of calipers and a flat welding table a center can be mounted very easily at home. Steel wheels come from the factory up to and even over a 1/16th out. Yes, I know that sounds alot but I have seen it for myself. Anyhow with our method we can get you much closer. Figure out what back spacing you want. Go to the hardware and buy three bolts (you need ones w/ full thread) w/ standard nuts and three all thread couplers of the same size and thread (these look like really tall nuts). Tack the bolts to the table and run the regular nuts on to the bolts. Then thread on the couplers and using the calipers set them to the desired height. Run the regular nuts up to act as a jam nut. Lay center on top of three bolts and drop wheel over the center. Tack weld in multiply spots then pull from fixture and fully weld. Pretty inexpensive and accurate. Any questions? Thanks Shawn
