Well once you hose clamp the pressure line together PLEASE take pics when you start that vehicle up and turn the wheels. Will be a great show of high pressure fluid spraying everywhere.

Take the HP line from the Ford pump and HP line for the Scout box to a Hydraulic Fitting place. They can blend the two together..IT'S NOT CHEAP! Or buy conversion fittings...which are not cheap!..either way, it's expensive.;)

Go to Napa. Do like scout dude said and take your lines from both boxes with you. They can make a new line in minutes.

You need to know what year the box came from too. In 1980, they switch to a metric fitting on some of the boxes.

Take the ferd hose and the SCOUT box down to a hyd shop. In town here,Marysville, we have Hust Brothers. It's an automotive store, but they have a real machine shop, driveline shop and welding supply shop, all on the same property. They made a hose for me in about 5 minutes on a saturday morning, $20.
