you could, or you could just preload the coil or over fill the air chamber so it will feel like a hardtail.. those old warps are bad about pedal bob because of the high bb

seems pointless to me...thats gonna be a heavy bike to ride around on the road, not to mention look goofy as all hell. You can preload the coil if you want, or make something to fit in there, but it just seems pointless, why not buy a cheapo craigslist bike if you want to ride it on the road. your choice...
