Posted this in Jeep forum, but really it applies to all. I'm thinking of getting 4.0L in line six pan and 700-R4 tranny pan.

Funny thing is... those were originally marketed in Low Rider for the slamed rides!!

I ran them on my 350, my 383, and on my 700R4 and my TH350...I loved them, saved me from walking home once, put a dent in the one on my motor. I would still be running it if they made one that fit the one piece gasket for the motor (or made a 1 piece gasket to fit that pan ).

The one on my 700R4 had a disagreement with my fron driveshaft when I hyper extended it 3 times at TDS '00...I had to have someone bring me a pan so I could get home - now I have one of those gay chrome ones - but it works.. when I get money I'll get another SlamGaurd pan....

P.S. - I have one for a SBC 350 that I'll sell for $40 plus shipping. It needs to be cleaned up and repainted...Email me if interested...
