I just swapped in a 350 with the edlebrock quadrajet and edlebrock performer manifold where a 305 with a 2 barrel carb and matching manifold were before. My question is how do the hoses connect between carb, egr valve, water lines, gas lines, etc? I guess what I need is a picture of where the hoses and mechanical mechanisms connect on the top of a 350 with a 4 barrel carb. Can any of you guys help me out? thanks for any help.

I think it depends on a lot of stuff. For example year, carb, smog, accesories. Do you need an egr for smog in NM? Block off plate? You need to get a vacuum diagram for the vehicle, should be in any haynes manuel or the such. My shit is all interconnected with the pcv, purge, egr, tac, and what ever that thing on the water neck is.

Mine was a friggin nightmare on my suburban. I checked with the emmissions place and found out all I have to have is Air injected somewhere before (or at) the cats, and an EGR valve. All of the rest of the crap is gone now! Check with your local testing station. They should be able to tell you what you need.
Good Luck!
