A friend has a quad, 650 Bombardier with a crack on the brake side, it is low and right at the seam where it tightens to the motor crank.

He tried to JB Weld with no luck. It ran for 10 seconds and died. I will pull the cover off but was wanting to know it anyone new of a glue or filler that can handle something like that.

I do have a AC TIG and MMA that will do negative at the torch. But the crack is maybe 1/2" long. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.
