: QUESTION--- EFI to Carb-

Tin Bender didn't tell me that the cam he put in his runner/ and now in his truck was an EFI cam--------
so what happens when you put a mechanical fuel pump and carb on the engine ??????

the EFI camshaft doesn't have a pump lobe on the cam !!!!!
now gotta get an electric pump !!
Damned iffen I'm gonna run along side squirting carb cleaner in it all up and down the Hammers !!!!!!:flipoff2:

That's correct, it doesn't. But neither does a 22R carbed cam. The pump lobe is a seperate part, it goes in FRONT of the timing chain sprocket. You can just buy this part and be done.
