ive owned 3 stepside chevys and everyone had this frame flex the wood bed lets them twist.this truck was built for trails&mud not "rockcrawling". i just got a kick out of seeing it twist .................................................. .................................................. ................. his bed "box" is staying much squarer than mine used to.

my new short bed with the 52s and 56 double rear shackle had 30"+ under the rear tire before i ran out of front break line lentgh, and the rear shackles werent eve ready to droop yet.

this is my old truck, 40-42" flex double shackled rear, 4" ranchos.
