Sides are in fair condition, posts are very solid
Top is in fair condition, BUT has a "barn yard" sun roof 12" x 12" sun roof plexiglass.
Back gate is the garage door folding type, fair condition, needs some hardware.

what kind of hardware are we talking about. i roled and now i need a new top. the old has lots of a hardware though. also i live in windsor and woundering how much for you to ship.
