90 YJ, power brakes, front disc, rear drum, braided steel lines, ...
Brakes "suck"...I did the search thing, found one that was close but made reference to front & rear disc. Would going to a mid 80's Ford E-350 van master cylinder help my situation? Or would something else be better?

It ain't cheap but you'll have more brake than you can handle. My CJ-7 has better brakes than my F-250 Duperduty and those brakes are great. I run drums too in the rear. Instead of mashing the pedal to the floor you will be trying not to hit it too hard to lock them up. Just my .02

Do they suck with the stock axles? 1 tons? Need mo info??

Bigdude; Yes they suck with stock axles...D30 & D35

I put on a Booster from a Grand Wagoneer and a MC from a 79 El Dorado and they are awesome. I did that with stock axles after needing more pressure to the new rear disks, and after the D44 swap with disks im glad i did.

I tell ya what to do ....Go out and get ya one of those rock lights so you can see what your getting ready to drive off of when ya dont have any brakes, then you take your foot off of the brake and step on the gas ... :D .... All ya need to do is to just put it in first gear and let it slow down like that...:laughing: Thought i would just give ya a holler kevin..:beer:
