I've been searching for a while and haven't found a definitive way to do a disc brake swap on a 2nd design 14 bolt. Can it be done if so point me in the right direction. Most everything I see is for 1st design rears. Would switching hubs work? Thanks

Thanks guys... I read the 14bolt bible and the tech article but that is about swapping discs to an early 14bolt with the hubs after the drums... I have the later version with the slip off drums. I checked out tsmmfg.com but they want some coin for their kit. I'm lookin for the brackets mostly I can source the rotors and calipers cheaper on my own

you have the webbed 14bolt? same axle i have, pretty much the same as any other 14 bolt swap ive done, i used weld on brackets.

I realize that this is an old thread but it doesn't seem to have really been answered. TSMMFG does sell a kit but it is way expensive. Has anyone else done this disc conversion and if so what did you use?
