I always throw my shoulder strap behind my body and just use the lap belt. Plenty safe and easier to lean out and watch your line:confused:

Oh yeah, that rig gives me wood:D

Yeah I ALWAYS wear the lap belt. I throw the shoulder harness part behind me. There is more times than not that the shoulder part locks up and you can't move, literally.

LMAO Michael didn't you get shit for the same thing last time you posted a pic in the isuzu forum, even tho the lap belt was clearly visible. I think you need to bolt in a separate hot pink lap belt just so no one will miss it.

Although I appreciate the concern for my safety, I just don't see a hot pink belt in the future.

Pictures on RockCrawler to tide you over (http://www.rockcrawler.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=17;t=000043)

I would have posted the better pictures here but there's this whole bandwidth issue limiting posting images. I'll send the website addy when I get it uploaded.

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=16 Yes I did send in my letters and phone calls and faxes from work. So back off a bit buddy. Don't be pissin in my cheerios first thing in the morning. And your goddamned right I ran it now, while I could. The 4wd community is a bunch of slackers and the greenies are going to run us over because of it.

I'm not seeing the post he's referring to, I thought I cought and submitted my letters to the most recent one  Anyone have a link directly to the thread, not just the forum?

BTW, thanks for the new wallpaper......eerrrrr, I mean cool pics.

This make the 3rd time your rig has replaced other stuff as my wallpaper. The only time yours has been replaced is if it's been up for more than 3 weeks :D

Thank you! :applause: :cheering: (I'm serious. Thank you!).

So back off a bit buddy.

I'll back of if every one that ran the trail last weekend chimes in and says "back off dude I wrote a letter, sent a fax and/or made a call". I don't think we are batting 1000 here.

If I can piss off one person to write a letter then its worth my effort. 20 would be well worth it. There still is time, but not much time.

Don't be pissin in my cheerios first thing in the morning

I wasn't aiming for your cheerios but I'm sorry if I splattered some on ya :p

How true.

btw, my mad face was not at you guys for running the trail. If my rig was running I would have been up there saturday also.

my  is for the fawking Nevada Co, supes that just don't get it.

Big Govt is a good thing, Federal control is a good thing:rolleyes:

I wonder how long till the signs go up.

Public Lands, Keep Out!

Belly Drag-no-more runs the stock Isuzu 3.2 V6, backed up by a Toyota 5-speed and a couple of Toyota t-cases... all built by Marlin. 4.0 and 4.7 gearsets bring the crawl way down low... that sucker was slower than I was until my latest modification. Now with no motor in my truck, he's faster than me. :p

As far as wheatie-pissing goes.... I'm going up to the Sierra Trek work weekend this Saturday, and will be collecting signatures on yet another petition, as well as handing out pencil and paper for other folks to write letters. I'll hand-deliver them to Nevada City, if that helps....

We're lucky in that the largest single use of the trail is coming up next weekend, and we can try to get EVERY one of those in attendance to sign up against this decision...

Will anyone else be up there this weekend or next to help me? I'd be tickled to put in some Burma Shave-style signs along the route that say Barbara Boxer's Wilderness, one quarter mile to your left -- and then How do you feel about losing this trail? ...followed by: Wanna *DO*something about it?

I have Jon's most recent petition from the Boxer Protest at the Capital, and it is impressively large... we need to deliver the same kind of thing to the Board of Supervisors.
