I got off my ass and got this done....I've wanted to do it now for a few weeks. Best part is it was FREE if you don't count my time. Not very hardcore but it's still a nice mod.

This is what it looked like before I did anything. I hated how it hung down so low.

I had to bend the seat latch a bit to make all this work. It still works just fine after the mod.

Next I had to make some L brackets. I had a few sitting around from other projects.

Then I lined it all up and drilled 2 small holes in my plastic under my seat. I put 2 bolts in the holes and painted them black to match the plastic.
I also cut the old brackets off the rear bumper and ground it down as flush as I could get it.
