i was wondering if i can use those coil spring spacers on my 2007 F150. I already have the skyjacker 3" lift strut in the front and am not sure if i can get the extra 2" im looking for with these spacers. HELP PLEASE

You CANNOT lift anything IFS over 2-3" without different spindles, a arms, dropbrackets, shafts, or a combination of the aforementioned. Aka a lift kit. I dont know that your suspension can even droop 2 more inches, it should be close to the stops right now, if not on them already.

Theres a reason lifts over 3" cost thousands of dollars.
Do it right, otherwise it will fail. Once you eat up 2 cv shafts and every steering component, you could have got a 6" lift.
