Tried to order the Crane distributor recurve kit from Summit and the salesman tells me it's been on backorder for so long that he doubts that they are even making them anymore- I doubt Jegs will be any different of a story, so does anybody know of another company that makes such a thing??

And, I know the 302 distributor has a smaller oil pump drive hex drive in the older engines, but did that ever change through the 80's/90's???- seem to recall reading something about it changing at some point, or maybe its just the different material the gear is made of for the roller cam that I am thinking of??

try local shops as they may have one sitting onthe shelf collecting dust
