ok so for a type 1 licence it says:

(includes: rifles, shotguns, pistols, revolvers, gunsmith activities, and National
Firearms Act (NFA) weapons.)

does NFA mean class 2 and 3 weapons like SBRs, or full autos?

National Firearms Act includes items that are maintained on a national registry list. Automatic weapons, short barrels (SBS and SBR), supressors and Any Other Weapon (AOW) are all NFA items, or Title-II weapons.
If you want to sell or manufacture NFA items you have to pay a yearly Special Occupation Tax (SOT), $1000
Class-II is a dealer with a current SOT, Class-III is a manufacturer with a current SOT

So the FFL-01 allows you to sell all of those items. However NFA branch will only approve a transfer to you if you have paid the 200$ transfer fee, or have a paid SOT.
SOTs are valid from 1-July to 30 Jun
