Just wanted to put the word out: the 4 row copper/brass radiators that Summit sells are measured incorrectly.
The numbers they list (i.e. 28x19") are OVERALL measurements, not core measurements the way radiators are supposed to be measured.
I just found out today when I tried to put it in the truck and it was about 5" too narrow. Summit wasn't exactly bending over backwards to help me either. They couldn't tell me if they had one that would fit, didn't have core measurements or application listings, and said "they're pretty much universal on the Chevys"
They also will give me a credit if I pay to ship it back (less 10% restocking fee):(
Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid these radiators!
