he didnt break em in the box cleanup weekend.. which for Nasvik is a feat <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0"> so they must do pretty well

Let me put it this way.

At one point nasvik had the tire 38sx tottaly folded under a rock and he was backing up under power.. If that didnt break them maybe hopping up on the ledge trying friday night sure would have..

They work aswome'

I met the guy who makes those at the Farmington ARCA event, and he was carrying one around that had an alloy stub shaft that was broken attached to it. The shaft just sheared right where the axle turns into the yoke. They looked strong as heck, and the fact that the axle broke before the joint says something about their strength too I think.

Paul was on the 297 version.

Thus far, CTM has not had a ujoint fail. They're pretty much indestructible.

These joints are Bad ass! I saw them in Nasviks TJ and they look beefy as hell. You have to run alloy shafts with them or you will just shread stock axles. I was considering them but at $300 bucks a pop no way...........dont quote me but I think thats what they cost. They are made of 300m hardened alloy .

Right now.... no one sells them. You can call CTM for info. I don't believe that they're shipping yet.

I remeber nasvik mentioned they might be coming out with a forged or cast set that would be just as strong but a little cheaper..

Dont quote me on it..

Hung out and drank some brew with Jack over New Years and he said they ar $150 a piece. Combine that with the warn shafts and you'll be right at $1000 for the combo. My guess is that your front end will be as strong as a stock d60.

I recently installed a set of CTM's into my rig. I will be taking them on their maiden test this weekend. I was hoping to go to the hammers, but it looks like I will have to settle for some high RPM snow getting it.

Here is one of the ujoints the CTM's replaced:

These ujoints are the nicest quality ujoints I've ever seen. So far to date, one has NOT been broken.
