what do you guys think? Can a small horse powered, leaf sprung f-toy make the cut at the LCQ?

Brad, remember the year we beat all the buggys(even the ones with rear steer) in the rock crawl stage for TOP SHOP :D

We won the event with three leaf sprung, full body jeeps:smokin:

I do. Are you going to have the stroker motor done by then.

I honestly think you could do it Chris. It's all about picking the right line and getting up the 2 climbs on the first attempt. I'll help you with that.
If nothing else, I think your sponsors will be happy with the exposure that they will get from the LCQ coverage alone. It's gonna be HUGE!

I'll take you up on that offer John. If I go I want to spend the whole week down there.

First fall has never been an issue in the past with the ftoy... the second one I have had to fight everytime. I haven't ran it with the new wheel base though.

I'll be pming you and some others about possibling working out some other details for KOH and teaming up...like if I don't make the LCQ I'll join the chase crew.

I'll need to talk to my sponsors but they are all busy this week for the Canadian Offroad Expo and Werock comp this weekend.

HaHa! I'm betting a better chance than us with our coils and links! If thats not enough maybe the (good day) 80hp and 89" WB will do it. I mean really your probably running one of those big 2.0 or 2.2 engines aren't ya?

I was shocked to see the Formula Toys do as well as they did last year.

I think LMQ will be better for FToys than the KOH race if they add a ton of desert to it.

Nothing like reliability though and FToys scream that for sure.

Good luck and see you there...
