I know of several villages who have changed local statutes allowing ATV's to drive on village streets. In a car/ATV accident how would insurance and liability be determined? Maybe a good question for my insurance man. Please discuss...



Disclaimer: I have no ATV, yet. I feel that ATV's may have a place on select roadways. However some things need to be determined. Gray areas I can see other than above listed are lack of turn signals, many ATV's coming stock with non- DOT tires and license plates/registration.
