Anyone know if a Chinese RPK barrel will fit int a Yugo RPK front trunnion? If not, what one will it fit in.

I dont know about the Chicom barrel fitting, but I'd be willing to bet that a Yugo barrel would fit quite nicely.

Yugo barrels do fit quite nicely in Yugo trunions...


I have 2 shot-out and completely worthless yugo barrels if ya want them :flipoff2:


Copes has NEW US-made Yugo barrels for not-too-expensive, and Apex has used Yugo barrels in various conditions for fairly cheap as well...

Chinese "RPK" rifles aren't really RPKs, they're merely long barreled chicom AK rifles. They have a smaller trunnion diameter than the AKM, 19mm if memory serves.
