Hey. Can any body help me with notching my tube to the gooseneck of my mini chopper. My gooseneck is 1 5/8 o.d. and my tube is 1 1/4 o.d. My downtubes lean into each other and need to be centered to the gooseneck. Really aggravating any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
