This seems silly, but it's giving me a headache - I have 44044's and the FROR spring hanger kit for the front of my tacoma. FROR's kit ships with/and is set up for 3/4" bolts, but the 44044's use 9/16's for the spring eyes. Energy Suspension (and the other ususal suspects) will only give you bushing p/n's based on applications -- does anyone know a website/business that sells leaf spring bushings based on specific dimensions?
BTW I need:
2 x (2 3/4" long - 2 1/2" OD - 3/4" ID)
2 x (3" long - 2 1/2" OD - 3/4" ID)

I'd start with wagoneer bushings for your wagoneer springs?
I usually buy from these guys:
http://www.suspension.com/
They'll usually get you the dimensions if you ask.
you might want to recheck your OD. 2.5" is BIG. That's probably just the shoulder.

freeze the bushings and drill them out.

Oops - think I meant 2" on the OD.
I have brand new wagoneer bushings - the issue is they use 9/16" bolts and I need something that's 3/4". I'm assume I do not want 9/16 bolts flopping around inside the 3/4 holes of my spring hanger. Maybe it's not an issue (?)
Drilling the bushings is an easy fix, I guess. I assume the metal sleeves are an easy find at a hardware store.

i just took the metal sleeves out of mine...eats up the bushings faster but it was an easy fix

I thought about doing that since the ID was spot on. I'll probably see if I can find some sleeves, though, and drill them out.
