I'm looking at a 94 Suburban for a backup tow rig and fire trail runner. When I went to get into it tonight, the brake light was on, and noticed the parking brake was down. When I released it, it didn't pop up. Is there a spring on this thing that's broken, or am I going to have to replace the whole pedal assembly?
